RSI provided a turnkey concrete package for the new ONE Tampa residences in downtown Tampa.

RSI’s work on the 43-story structure was completed in 67 weeks, one day ahead of schedule, with an average of 90 workers on site throughout the project.

To complete its work, RSI poured 48,500 cubic yards of concrete; used 5,400 tons of rebar; and 1,070,000 pounds of post-tension cables.

Cesar Villeda, RSI’s superintendent on the job, was recognized at the top-out lunch. He was presented with a bobblehead figure for his outstanding effort and leadership on the ONE Tampa project.

The new 225-unit luxury condominium building has a 5-story brick façade with early 20th-century style windows and decorative stone details that nod to the history of the area.

The new building is adjacent to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and the Tampa Riverwalk with amenities that include private and secure elevators, a business lounge, onsite dining that overlooks the water, pool and spa, emergency generators, and climate-controlled storage.
